Where does the video come from?

We are a catalog, not a video host: episodes play in partners’ embedded players. Quality, dubs and speed come from them, not from us.

Why do some titles have no player?

It means no partner has it yet. We mark such titles right on the poster so you don’t open the page for nothing.

How do lists and community tags work?

Lists are yours and live in your profile. Tags come from people: add your own on a title page or vote for someone’s, and the catalog searches by them.

How do I change my nickname or avatar?

In your profile, under “Edit”. The nickname is public and forms your page address; your email is never shown to anyone.

Who can see my profile and lists?

Your profile is public by default, but one switch in profile settings changes that, down to “nobody”. Lists, collections and reviews hide separately. Your email is never shown and no setting can turn it on.

Recca Hanabishi is a ninja, but is nearly killed in an accident. However, a girl named Yanagi heals him with her powers. Later, the two are tracked down by a woman who attacks them. She tells Recca to ignite his flame, but he is clueless. Just as she hurts Yanagi, Recca releases a powerful flame upon the woman. She is excited to see this. It turns out that Recca was a baby, from the Hokage Clan of the past, that was sent to the future in order to escape death. Now, Recca is the leader of the new Hokage Clan who must stop his half brother, Kurei, from kidnapping Yanagi. (Source: AniDB)
