Where does the video come from?

We are a catalog, not a video host: episodes play in partners’ embedded players. Quality, dubs and speed come from them, not from us.

Why do some titles have no player?

It means no partner has it yet. We mark such titles right on the poster so you don’t open the page for nothing.

How do lists and community tags work?

Lists are yours and live in your profile. Tags come from people: add your own on a title page or vote for someone’s, and the catalog searches by them.

How do I change my nickname or avatar?

In your profile, under “Edit”. The nickname is public and forms your page address; your email is never shown to anyone.

Who can see my profile and lists?

Your profile is public by default, but one switch in profile settings changes that, down to “nobody”. Lists, collections and reviews hide separately. Your email is never shown and no setting can turn it on.

When Kamogawa Asumi was just a baby, her mother was grievously injured when a rocket crashed to the ground. Five years later, having been in a coma all the time, Asumi's mother finally dies, and the little girl struggles to come to terms with the death of a mother she barely remembers. In the midst of her turmoil, she meets "Lion-san", a strange figure wearing a lion mask and claiming to be a ghost. Lion-san helps Asumi to bury her mother's ashes, and finally, Asumi reaches her own decision: "When I grow up, I'm going to be a rocket pilot." (Source: Anime News Network)
