Where does the video come from?

We are a catalog, not a video host: episodes play in partners’ embedded players. Quality, dubs and speed come from them, not from us.

Why do some titles have no player?

It means no partner has it yet. We mark such titles right on the poster so you don’t open the page for nothing.

How do lists and community tags work?

Lists are yours and live in your profile. Tags come from people: add your own on a title page or vote for someone’s, and the catalog searches by them.

How do I change my nickname or avatar?

In your profile, under “Edit”. The nickname is public and forms your page address; your email is never shown to anyone.

Who can see my profile and lists?

Your profile is public by default, but one switch in profile settings changes that, down to “nobody”. Lists, collections and reviews hide separately. Your email is never shown and no setting can turn it on.

Kotetsushin Jeeg takes place fifty years after the original and features a new cast of characters—primarily the new main character Kenji Kusanagi, a high school student who becomes Kotetsushin Jeeg to fight the sudden reappearance of "Haniwa Genjin" ("Haniwa Phantom Gods", or clay robots) from the Jamada Empire ruled by Queen Himika. Other characters include Tsubaki Tamashiro (grandaughter of Miwa Uzuki); and Kyou Misumi. Other main characters from the original series also appear.
